In July I posted photos here of my bed nook. I was in full nesting mode and was a wee bit hasty on getting it finished. All said and done it just wasn’t quite right. Here it is revised. I sweet-talked Levi into trimming the entrance with barnboad, re-re-painted the bed, hung a bunch of photos & added linen shades to the chandelier.
I put the ancient sheet music from Kasey in frames along with old family photos.
I had one of our photos from Blackwater, MO printed and Levi framed it with barnboard for me. You can read about the slipcovered lampshades here. My sweet husband also put dimmer switches on the lamp & chandelier. Lighting is key in creating the right ambiance. In my very humble-non-professional opinion.
