Hazel Jean 3 weeks
Just as I suspected, time is flying by. My sweet Hazel is already on her 4th week in this big wide world & the memory of carrying her around inside me is already fading. Why is that? I cherished my last weeks of pregnancy. I would stand in front of the mirror and trying to capture & hold the feeling in my memory , but it is escaping me. I look at baby now and it seems impossible.
I see now why newborn photographers shoot during the first week. Babies change so fast. I snapped these when Hazel was 2 weeks old and she just didn’t curl up like she had the week before.

Oh what a sweet blessing she is! Those first weeks are so wonderful you can hardly put them down.

She is such a beauty, I love the sweet vintage style pictures of her. I can relate, my new baby Harlow Eve will be 7 weeks tomorrow and it makes me so sad how quickly time has passed since she was born. I just got our her announcements today and the pictures were taken when she was just 10 days old which seems like forever ago now.
