I attempted a family photo in this weather, it was madness & mayhem and now my brain is fried.  More on that later.

  4. oh, creepy ice going on there?!?! we hit a whopping 8 degrees yesterday for our high…i’ve had enough of winter and it hasn’t even officially begun yet!! sigh…i sure hope your brain thaws out, not a pleasant expierence; mine got frozen while i was sitting off the side of the rode in my broken down hunk of junk we call a car in -16 degree weather!! do you think i could get any sympathy from the husband?!?! see if santa visits him this christmas…hhhmmm…nope!

  5. Oh brrrrr…. you are having colder weather than us!! Tho it is starting now… kids have been playing out in the foot of snow we got the other day!!! Guess you better go make some of your yummy peppermint white hot chocolate!! Thought of putting that recipe in the Stenersen cookbook, then thought maybe you would want to!

  8. I remember cold temps like that in Boise Idaho. Where I once lived. After living in Southern California the last 8 years…moving here to South Carolina has given us all four seasons and a current temp of 38 degrees and some sleet! I love it!
