Craft time. I printed a ream of coloring pages and masks from here. The masks were a hit.
Wyatt launched himself off the bed and into the dresser acquiring a good size egg on the forehead. Instant celebrity. His cousins colored his pictures for him and showered him with gifts and lavish attention. Cousin Dewey gave him a dollar and Wyatt, being the enterprising young fellow that he is, tried to get more dollars from all his previous (and long healed) bumps.
Dewey said “sorry, those don’t look like they hurt anymore”.
I am thankful for many things including:
long distance brother that can talk on the phone and strum guitar at the same time (that was you playing, wasn’t it Tim?)
his wife because she bothers to “call home”
husband who feeds me while I hold baby Ella
Becka’s cheesecake bars
brother’s that dream & conspire
sister & her family because they drive 6 hours to be with us
mom for letting us mess up her house
dad for letting the grandkids pile on him until only his eyeballs are showing
YOU For letting me share my story with YOU
my Father in heaven for giving all of this to me
Loved all the pictures:) Your list of thankfulness brought tears to my eyes. I miss Timothy and Amanda. Glad to hear Thanksgiving went well for you all:)
