Jace & Hazel
A clean slate, tabula rasa, new beginning, fresh start….a new year! My resolution list is long and my soul is filled with hope.
What did you do to ring in the new year?
I spent the evening doing the same thing as last year. Writing my resolutions and watching the ball drop over New York. I kissed the captain 2 minutes after midnight, watched the fireworks explode in the valley, folded my hands in prayer & drifted off to sleep. Wild & crazy.
Wishing you all a blessed New Year!

Happy New Year! Can’t wait to see what delights eden’s bouquet will bring about this year!
We watched Pastor Ken live online. They had church until midnight, It ended up going to 1am though.
Happy New Year to you and your family!!
Happy New Year! We are visiting my parents in West Virginia and have enjoyed some snowfall and Washington D.C.. Last night it was spent indoors watching movies and all by my oldest daughter and I were asleep when the ball dropped in NYC. So, we hugged and went to bed. I am not sure what my resolutions will be this year. I need to make a list! 😉
Wishing you wonderful blessings in this new year!!!! xoxo
I was taking care of Harlow, she has been sick the past few days so she wasn’t happy to ring in the New Year. Such a beautiful picture. Happy New Year to you and your family!
I remember the tabla rasa saying from a philosophy course in college! Always love the concept.
I went to some friends for a NYE party last night. They got married on NYE 5 years ago (it was a great idea for a NYE event, I tell ya! 😉 It was a mellow and fun party and I felt great today~ got a lot accomplished in my little home!
I hope you have a blessed and joyous 2010!
Dave and I began dating on NYE 9 years ago 🙂 (married in 03′) but we just stayed home and let the kids stay up with us. Aiden passed out at 11:00, I began getting ill at 11:15 (love hypermesis!) but hung in there and went to bed exactly at 12:01, ahaha. Ady was still wanting to party!
Happy New Year!!!
Thank you very much for that magnificent article
We stayed home again this year, Tim fell asleep on the chair, Laban on the couch, Shiloh went to bed, Tyrel read a book. Kirsten and I worked on a puzzle.. Party animals, I tell ya!!! ;p I am optimistic about this year, feels like we’re getting a fresh start!!
Sounds lovely. 🙂
AMEN!
