I thought it would be fun to share this website with you: http://www.nyebeachvacationrentals.com if you guys are ever looking for a great place to stay at the beach! My dad has two beautiful beach houses at Nye Beach (about 20 minutes from Lincoln City) and they rent them out. Everything is within walking distance of the beach and town and the houses are so comfortable! We love Nye Beach (Newport) and we love Lincoln City too!!

Yah! Their two houses are called The Cornelius House and the Overlook House. I’m pretty positive that the Overlook house sleeps 10. 🙂 And it has seating in the open kitchen and dining room for 14. There are lots of photos on their link.
