Greetings from sunny Carmel. Turns out this area was hit by the storm and we barely missed it by a day. I am forced to wander the neighborhood to connect to the internet so that I can post as promised. The flights here were painless. Violet slept from beginning to end on both flights. It was fun to see Tamason & Rachael fly for the first time. We arrived in Monterey around 4pm and took a taxi to Camel. Just in time to freshen up & walk to dinner at Merlot Bistro. Violet had a jolly time disturbing the peace with her happy hollering, something she does every time we go to dinner now. This hollering usually results in a game of peek a boo with the waiter or waitress so works out perfectly for her. Us girls were not much better with our shameless giggling. So much fun. Everyone should take the time to indulge in a little senseless giggling and hollering now and then.
