When everyone was here for the Windy Ridge Baptism we snapped some family photos. I love how baby Ella is looking at Anna like she has lost her mind. Family photos are a stressful thing, I didn’t even attempt to get photos of our family of 11. I need a month or so to plan that one. Anna paid each of her kids $1 to behave. Bribery, a beautiful thing.
Duane disappeared and when they found him he was covered in chocolate.

Hilairous!! What happened to the days when you could bribe w/ a quarter???
I told my family that I should include a video of “taking a family photo”, so that they could appreciate what went into getting 12 people ready. (Baths, shampoos, blow drys and dressing – all that after choosing outfits, making sure they were clean and ironed and often sewn)I finally learned to just use black and white photographs, then it did not matter what color we had on. Your pictures are wonderful and the subjects just beautiful!
It has to take a miracle to get a large family all ready for a great shot at one time.
Those still turned out great! Love the funny face one.
