Independence Day

july-4We started the day at our small town parade.  We all parked at Anna’s house and walked to the parade.  Afterwards, we sat in her backyard and visited for a bit before heading to Windy Ridge to prepare for the party.

  6. Looks like a fun day! We were going to go to the parade but we ended up sleeping in a little and didn’t want to rush 🙂

  7. That looks really fun! We headed down to my aunts house,we went swimming, and we played with our cousins. We had sparklers and roman candles. I shot a roman candle and there were alot of ashes on it (I did not realize it though when i should have), and ashes got all in my hair and one my body and in my eyes. I managed to get most of them off, but this little piece of ash got stuck in my eye, and i couldn’t get it out! I tried crying digging it out, running it under wwater but nothing worked! I had to wait 3 whole days before i finally blinked it out… Oh, what a day to remember, eh?

  8. Yikes, Eden!
