Day six: Miranda, California
The last 2 days of our 1200+ mile road trip found us on the magnificent avenue of the giants, the redwood forest. We stayed in a charming little cottage at the Miranda Gardens Resort . I highly recommend it. Rustic & luxurious at the same time. Love the comfortable king beds. The town of Miranda consists of one store, one GOOD restaurant & seasonal local artist’s shops, which unfortunately were closed. We spent 2 days exploring the redwood forest & the Victorian town of Ferndale.
