Death by milk

iphone-sippy-cupThe victim & the perpetrator

Expensive electronics & I just can’t seem to make it work.  Two months after shattering my last iPhone, my new one drowns violently in milk.  In all this square footage the sippy cup couldn’t empty itself elsewhere?

  1. I hope you have insurance on your phones. could get really expensive if you don’t.

  2. Poor lil phone…lol! My son killed a phone once….he sentenced it to death by flushing. Ick.

  3. Oh my. Sad! I am always saying that I don’t think that I could live without mine… looks like you have the same hard case as mine, I think that does save it from a lot, but I guess not from milk. =(

  4. Oh gosh! I hope it’ll dry out.

  5. No this is not funny….however nice to know I am not the only one…smile.

Hoping your next new iphone comes with a steelproof case possibly….hey you could design one and it would sell like crazy! And well, I would be first in line to buy one, smile.

    Happy day to you.

  6. OH no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does it have a warranty?

  7. The only job a sippy cup has is to quench thirst and be spill-proof! I’d sue! 😉

  8. My friends all swear by those otterbox things. I’ve been thinking of trying them..might be an idea for you too! My best friends daughter knocked her phone out of the car in the drop off line at school and it was run over but not even damaged with one of those things!

  9. Next time just store your iPhone in your bra. At least you’ll have some absorption with your bra. Or you could get an eyePad like I got. It’s makes a great carrying case for your iPhone. :::snickerfits:::

  10. Oh NO! This had to be one sad day for you. I am always so paranoid about something happening to my Iphone because it is so expensive to replace. I am not even a gadget girl, but there is NO way I could live without mine. Hopefully it will dry out for you or you have a good friend that works at the AT&T store. Oh, I have heard great things about the Otter Box too, you might want to check it out. If you can not get your hands on the Otter Box let me know and I will send you one.

  11. oh nooo … I had my first iphone misplaced by Selwyn … it definitely is somewhere in the house … but we just can’t find it …

  12. maybe someone already told you this but take the battery out and put it in a bag of rice. this always works for me. let the rice soak up the moisture and in a day or two it works again. but your supposed to do this right away. hope it works

  13. Aw man!! Mine “fell” into the juice pitcher;) Stinken kids! I put it in a bag of rice and its back to working just fine.
