Pizza-making is the perfect family activity. We mix up big batch of dough, divide it up and give each kid their own piece. Set the toppings and sauce out on the table and let them go to town.
My mom’s pizza dough recipe
- 1 cup hot water
- 1tbsp yeast (dissolve in 1/4 cup warm water)
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp salt
Mix in kitchen-aid mixer using dough hook. Add flour until dough is no longer sticky and pulls away from sides of bowl. Press onto baking sheet or pizza stone and brush with olive oil. Add sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Makes one pizza.

MMMMMM..that sounds good. I think I’m gonna have to do my own pizza party:)My boys love to cook & bake( i rarely can make a meal alone)so the’d love it!
